About me
Hi! I’m Matt, an award-winning Los Angeles-based creative director with a deep love for both digital and traditional media. I thrive on turning innovative ideas into immersive experiences that captivate audiences.
With over 20 of experience in the industry, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative projects for renowned brands, pushing boundaries and redefining what’s possible. My portfolio includes work for some of the largest brands from all over the world.
I believe that successful creative direction is more than just directing your vision for someone to execute. I take an approach that focuses on collaboration and openness while fostering a creative and collaborative environment – no egos.

Wildlife LA
My current gig and by far the most varied. I lead a small team of creatives that have produced some amazing work over the years I’ve been here – and continue to do so. I’ve worked on brand activations, social campaigns, AR & VR experiences, websites, and experiential. I’ve traveled the country, hiked up mountain, stepped in a lion’s enclosure, explored a 16th century crypt, and even donned a giant mushroom costume – all to bring our wild ideas to life.
Notable clients: National Geographic, Sleep.com, Blizzard, Scopely, Facebook
Trailer Park
While at Trailer Park I led the creative process for numerous campaigns that spanned a variety of media types. While there I honed my creative thinking when it came to pitching and executing campaigns to launch movies, tv shows, video games, brands, and out of home activations.
Notable clients: Netflix, 2K Games, Showtime, HBO, Disney, Fox Theatrical
Ignition Creative
While at Ignition Creative I was able to lead the creative vision on a variety of projects that included digital, social, and 360 campaigns. I was responsible for executing campaigns from pitch to production for both the digital department along with other departments within the company.
Notable clients: Los Angeles Lakers, Riot Games, Netflix, FX, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures
Crew Creative
My time at Crew Creative was primarily focused on digital campaigns that launched numerous tv shows and movies with some brand work. Focusing primarily on design, animation and development of interactive websites, banners, and games.
Notable clients: The launch of Hulu, Fox Theatrical, Discovery Networks, Universal
The Gary Group
My first, real gig! Work mainly consisted of print and editorial design for the music industry. Eventually these fancy things called Flash banners took over and I transitioned to digital where I primarily created flash banners to promote new album releases.
Notable clients: BMI, Universal Music Group, CMA Awards

Career Highlights
Cathedral of Diablo
Easily the coolest project I’ve been a part of. We painted a massive mural that told the story of a group of heroes on a quest to vanquish Lilith in a deconsecrated church in Cambrai France. Our artwork was a massive hit with fans and the city – it was even the backdrop for a music video featuring Halsey and SUGA of BTS.
Savage Kingdom
Came up with a wild idea to help launch the second season of Savage Kingdom on NatGeo Wild where we created a whole Thanksgiving dinner for a pride of lions at the Columbus Zoo.
Los Angeles Lakers
In 2017 I was able to lead the social campaign for the Los Angeles Lakers which included multiple custom shoots and animations that helped launch the 2017 season.
The Strangers
in 2007 I created one of the first interactive 3D websites to promote a film. We used Away3D and Flash to create an interactive website to promote the movie The Strangers that allowed fans to explore the house from the film – plenty of jump scares included.
Jurassic World
Lead the design for the Jurassic World website where we created a website mimicking a vacation destination as if Jurassic World were a real place you could visit. We were given unfettered access to content captured on set to bring the world to life and even got major props from Colin Trevorrow during the premiere party.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
Lead the creative on a massive amount of custom video shoots that brought everyone’s favorite shroomie to life on TikTok and Instagram. We even got to spend 4 days at PAX East creating custom content with influencers and mingling with fans.
